九香虫醇提物对大鼠运动能力及骨骼肌抗氧化酶系的影响 被引量:6

The Effects of Ethanol Extract Aspongopus chinensis on Antioxidant Enzymes in Skeletal Muscle and Exercise Performance of Rats

摘要 为探讨补充九香虫醇提物对大鼠运动能力和骨骼肌抗氧化酶系的影响,对大负荷游泳训练大鼠补充剂量分别为0.5、1.0和1.5g/kg的九香虫乙醇提取物,大负荷训练8周后,测定大鼠力竭游泳时间和骨骼肌抗氧化酶系的活性。结果表明,与对照组(单纯大负荷运动组)比较,大负荷训练后补充九香虫醇提物组力竭游泳时间均明显延长,补充1.5g/kg九香虫醇提物组游泳力竭时间较对照组延长37.1%;补充九香虫醇提物能够显著提高抗氧化酶系活性,尤其是SOD活性有极显著升高(P<0.01);补充1.0g/kg和1.5g/kg九香虫醇提物组受试动物血清MDA浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明补充九香虫醇提物有助于提高训练大鼠的运动能力及骨骼肌抗氧化酶活性。 The effects of ethanol extract Aspongopus chinensis (EEAC) on antioxidant enzymes in skeletal muscle and exercise performance of rat were analyzed in this study. The EEAC were supple mented to rats that were given swimming training at three dose levels 0. 5 g/kg, 1. 0 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg. The activities of antioxidant enzymes in skeletal muscle and exhaustive swimming time were measured after eight weeks training. The exhaustive swimming time was longer for EEAC sup plemented rat groups and it was 37.1 %longer for 1.5 g/kg supplementation than nonsupplemented training rats. The antioxidant activities were also improved than nonsupplemented training rats. The activities of SOD, CAT and GST with EEAC supplementation were increased significantly compared to nonsupplemented training rats. The MDA concentration were significantly lower than nonsupple mented training rats (P〈0.05). The results suggest that EEAC is a potential agent for improvement on exercise performance and increasing antioxidant enzymes activities in skeletal muscle of rats.
