“大马士革”玫瑰茎尖组培快繁技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 以"大马士革"玫瑰茎尖为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同种类及浓度的植物生长调节剂对"大马士革"玫瑰茎尖分生、不定芽增殖及生根培养的影响。结果表明:外源激素6-BA和NAA在促进诱导茎尖萌发中起重要作用,最适宜组合为6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,诱导率达93.3%;继代培养中,最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5mg/L+0.3%活性炭+0.7%琼脂+3%蔗糖。 Taking stem tip of Rosa damascena as the explant,different kinds and different concentration of plant hormones in MS that influenced stem tip germination, adventitious bud proliferation and advemitious root were studied. The results showed that exogenous plant hormones 6-BA and NAA played an important role in fostering stem tip germination,and 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0. 1 mg/L was the optimum combination,induction rate reached 93. 3% ;during the subculture, the optimum subculture medium proliferation was MS+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0. 05 mg/L; and the percentage of rooting medium was the highest containing 1/2MS+IBA 0. 5 mg/L+0. 3% activated carbon+0. 7% agar+3% sugar.
