摘要
采用ANSYS Workbench软件分析了连杆蝶阀型腔内流动受阻的实况及其过流件的受力情况。流场分析表明,蝶板随着开度的增加流阻系数逐渐降低。流固耦合分析表明随着开度的增加阀门所受应力减小,开度为20°时有小幅增加,最大应力大多发生在支撑主轴的阀体上。
In order to get the detailed circumstances of the flow blocked inside the cavity and force con- ditions of the overcurrent parts, using the finite element method, Do finite element analysis of the flow field simulation and fluid-structure interaction with ANSYS Workbench. Results showed that the coeffi- cient gradually reduces with the increase in the opening of the disc. Through the fluid-structure interac- tion analysis showed that the stress decreases with the increase in the degree of opening valve, a minor increase in the opening of 20 °. The maximum stress occurs mostly in the valve body which support spindle.
