The authors summarized the keys of hospital culture construction of the military hospital ,and suggested that we should pay attention to the importance of hospital culture construction ,and strengthen the culture construction systemically, and also focus on the specificity of military hospital ,thus the core competence of the mil -itary hospital could be promoted.
