基于城市供水布局需求的水库功能定位分析

An Analysis of Reservoir Function Locating Based on the Demand of Urban Water Supply Layout

近年来城市供水危机事件频频发生,因此建立完善的城市应急备用供水系统非常必要。从城市供水安全性出发,根据城市应急备用供水布局的要求,对梅林水库的功能进行重新定位,详细论证水库应急备用功能和供水调蓄功能的实现时水库的库容分配和调度原则,并给出强化水库功能定位的工程措施。文章在综合分析了水库的原功能定位和实际运行情况的基础上总结水库在供水系统中的特点和优势,从本地水资源合理利用和城市总体规划的角度对城市供水水源给出合理定位,为决策者提供决策依据。

In recent years,urban water crises occur frequently,so establishing a sound city emergency water supply system is necessary.Based on the demand of the urban water supply security and the layout of the urban emergency water supply requirements,this paper analyzes the function location of Merlin reservoir again,and detailed argument storage capacity distributions and the reservoir operation schedules when the reservoir emergency and normal water supply functions are achieved,and many engineering measures for enhancing reservoir function location is given.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the reservoir＇s original functional location and the actual operation,this paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of reservoir in the water supply system.The reservoir function locating is given from the viewpoint of the rational use of local water resources and urban planning,which serves as an evidence for decision-makers.
