摘要 河流与经济社会的发展密不可分,河流健康生命是经济社会可持续发展的基础,开展河流生态环境需水研究具有重要意义。从河流健康角度出发,界定了河流生态环境需水的目标内涵,提出了河流生态环境需水要素,即水量与水量过程,在此基础上构建了基于RVA框架的生态环境需水指标体系,建立了相应的河流生态环境流量计算方法,并应用于新安江-富春江的生态环境需水研究,得到了新安江、富春江坝址以下的最小生态环境流量、最大生态环境流量及适宜生态环境流量。研究成果对新安江-富春江河流开发管理具有一定的参考价值。 The development of economy and society are closely related to the river,whose health is the foundation of the sustainable development of economy and society,thus research on river eco-environmental water requirement has important significance.This paper discusses the goal connotation of river eco-environmental water requirement from the perspective of river health,two elements are charactered:water and the process of water quantity.Then a index system of eco-environment water requirement is constructed based on RVA,and a method is established to calculate the eco-environment water requirement which is applied to the Xiffan River and the Fuchun River,and the minimum,maximum and appropriate eco-environment water requirement are proposed below the Xin ‘an River damsite and the Fuchun River damsite,which has some reference value for the development and management of the Xin'an River and the Fuchun River.
