摘要 抗菌肽(AMPs)是一类广泛存在于自然界生物体中的小肽类物质,它是机体先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分。由于抗菌肽对细菌、真菌、寄生虫、病毒、肿瘤细胞等有着广泛的抑制作用,并且随着越来越多的抗生素耐药微生物的出现,使得抗菌肽在医药行业和食品添加剂等领域有良好的应用前景。本文综合近年来抗菌肽的研究,概述了抗菌肽的来源、功能、作用机制和应用前景。 Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are a kind of small peptides, which widely exist in nature organ- isms. They are important parts of the innate immune system of organism. Antimicrobial peptides have a wide range of activities against bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses, as well as anticancer functions. With the discov- ery of more and more antibiotic-resistant microbes, antimicrobial peptides have been applied widely in the field of pharmaceutical industry and food additives. In this paper, the recent research progresses on the sources, the functions, the mechanisms of action as well as the application prospects of antimicrobial peptides were re- viewed.
