羊毛的WLDCY-100低温染色

采用自配助剂WLDCY-100对羊毛进行低温染色,探讨其在羊毛酸性染色中的应用效果。结果表明,与常规工艺相比,低温染色助剂WLDCY-100能显著改善羊毛在80℃条件下的染色效果,上染率明显提高。WLDCY-100与染料之间存在一定的协同关系,当染中浅色时,低温助剂的用量控制在1%左右;当染深色时,低温助剂的用量控制在2%左右。经检测,低温染色羊毛产品耐洗牢度与沸染染色羊毛的相当,且透染性好。

Low temperature dyeing of wool is carried out using a self-made agent WLDCY-100. The application effect of low temperature dyeing auxiliary WLDCY-100 on wool dyeing with acid dyes is discussed. The results show that compared with conventional technology, the WLDCY-100 agent can significantly improve the wool dyeing performance at 80℃ with high dye yield. There is some collaborative relationship between WLDCY-100 and acid dyes. The dosage of WLDCY-100 is about 1% in light shade, and is about 2% in deep shade. The color fastness to washing of the wool dyeings is similar to that of boiling dye- ings, and the penetrating dyeing property is good.
