摘要
驱动箱传动系统作为数控插齿机的关键系统,其工作性能对整机性能有着至关重要的影响.本文基于Romax设计分析软件,建立了驱动箱传动系统的虚拟样机,并根据实际情况添加相关约束,在不同载荷工况下进行仿真.研究结果表明该数控插齿机驱动箱传动系统所用轴满足力学要求,同时为数控插齿机驱动箱传动系统后续设计和优化提供了理论依据.
As the key system of numerical control(NC) gear shaping machine, the working property of the drive transmission system has a decisive influence on the complete machine. The virtual prototype of drive gear transmission system is created by Romax analysis software in this paper, and then making simulation af- ter establishing some constraint conditions according to the working conditions. The results show that all shafts used in the virtual prototype of drive gear transmission system meet the requirements of mechanical performances. This study provides a theoretical basis for follow-up design and optimization of NC gear sha- ping machine's drive transmission system.
