摘要
机械可靠性优化设计是以机械产品的可靠度作为目标函数或约束条件,运用优化设计方法获得最佳设计方案的现代设计方法。本研究以三级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器可靠性优化设计为例,以减速器体积最小、传动平稳可靠为目标函数,将强度设计可靠性纳入约束条件,建立多级齿轮传动多目标可靠性优化设计数学模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行可靠性优化设计。
Mechanical reliability optimal design is a modern design technique, in which reliability of mechanical product is selected as objective function or constraint and optimization design method is used to obtain optimum design scheme. The reliability optimal design of three--stage helical cylindrical gear reducer is taken as example. The minimum volume, stable and reliable transmission are chosen as objective functions, the reliability of strength design is put into constraint. The mathematical model of multi--objective reliability optimal design is set up for the multi--gear transmission. The reliability optimal design is proceed with MATLAB optimization toolbox.
