摘要
介绍了从羽绒制品中分离主要污染微生物亚硫酸盐还原梭状芽孢杆菌的过程,从形态、生理生化和16SrDNA同源性等方面对分离菌株进行鉴定。分离菌株为革兰氏阳性菌,产芽孢,触酶阴性;经API 20A系统鉴定为索氏梭菌,鉴定结果的可信度为99.7%。16S rDNA序列分析表明,分离菌株与索氏梭菌同源性最高,序列同源性高达100%。确定分离的亚硫酸盐还原梭状芽孢杆菌为索氏梭菌。
Down products are often contaminated by sulfite-reducing elostridia. Sulfite-reducing clostridia was isolated from down products in this study. The identification of strains were married by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA homology. The strains were Gram-positive, spore-forming and catalase negative bacteria. The results of APt 20A system shows that the isolated strain is Clostridium sordellii with 99.7% reliability. Sequence analysis of 16S rDNA indicats that strain sharing 100% homology with Clostridium sordellii. The isolated strain is identified as Clostridium sordellii.
