摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)是对工程项目的信息化处理并为协同工作提供数据基础。在施工阶段,施工企业是整个工程处置的主体,其管理水平代表着最后工程的质量水平,整个材料系统管理的效率能够决定施工企业最后利润的高低。利用BIM技术对工程的材料进行管理、对工程施工过程中人、材、机的有效利用科学处置,施工企业的利润就能实现最大化。在BIM技术的框架下研发符合施工流程的材料管理软件工具是一种趋势。
Building information modeling (BIM) is an information processing method on project and provides basic data for collaborative work. During the construction process, construction enterprises are the main part. Their management level affects the project quality and their management efficiency on materials which affects their profit. Material management based on BIM will deal with building materials scientifically, and get maximize profits. So, to develop a set of material management software base on BIM and construction process is an inevitable trend.
