摘要
针对工程工期紧、技术要求高、道口多、工程量大等难点,项目部引进BIM技术,运用Revit软件建立高架桥三维可视化模型,进行工程量自动统计与分析、输出二维图纸现场指导施工。结合BIM技术和电子商务技术进行预制构件采购,对施工过程进行4D模拟等辅助施工管理。根据BIM实践,提出了BIM工程管理的实施框架。该桥梁工程成功运用BIM技术,缩短了工期,节约了成本。
Aiming at the difficulties of the project, such as the tight schedule, high technical requirements, lots of level crossings and large quantities, the BIM technology is introduced and visualizing model of the viaduct is built to automatically and statistically analyze work quantity and guide construction with the output 2D drawings by using the Revit software. Engineers purchase the prefabricate by combining the BIM technology and e-commerce technology, then make 4D simulations of the project to assist construction management. According to the BIM practice, the authors proposed the BIM framework of the implementation of the project management. The BIM technology is used successfully in the bridge project which shortens the duration and saves cost.
