摘要
介绍了新型超高压输电线路故障定位系统的基本结构 ,阐述了该系统的数据信息处理主要功能和实现技术。新型故障定位系统将行波定位与传统稳态量定位技术相结合 ,综合利用两者在性能上的互补性 ,通过协调配合 ,实现可靠、准确的故障定位。基于 Windows平台的数据信息处理软件采用面向对象技术设计 ,主要完成对故障定位装置的运行监视、行波定位与常规定位的信息协调以及数据信息的提取和交互处理等。在数据处理算法中 ,在线应用了半正交小波算法进行行波波头的检测 ,以提高行波定位的准确性。所开发的数据信息处理软件已经通过了各种动态模拟实验的检验 ,表明该软件已经达到了工程实用要求。
The basic structure of a new integrative fault location system for UHV transmission lines is presented. Through the coordination of the two location methods based on travelling wave and fundamental frequency components and integratively utilizing their relative complementation, the reliability and accuracy of this new fault location system are improved. The data information processing software is based on Windows platform and developed by OOP technique to implement the on line monitoring of fault location device, coordinate the information of fault locations based on travelling waves and traditional location, extract and interactively process the data information, etc. To improve the location accuracy of travelling wave, the semi orthogonal wavelet algorithm is applied in the data processing to detect the wavefront of travelling waves. The developed data information processing software has been verified by various dynamic simulation tests and the satisfactory test results are obtained.
