摘要
针对上承式提篮拱桥整体节点的特点,以纳界河大桥整体节点弦杆为例,简要介绍了复杂空间整体节点弦杆的制造工艺、焊接工艺及制孔工艺,通过杆件的试装及桥位架设精度的检测验证,成功解决了复杂空间整体节点制造精度及空间孔群连接精度控制的难题,取得了良好的效果。
Abstract: Taking the chord with integral panel point for Najie River Bridge for example and according to the characteristics of the integral panel point for the deck arch bridge, introduces the manufacturing technology, welding process and drilling process of the chord with integral panel point in the complex spatial structure. By assembling the members and inspecting bridge erection precision, the control of the manufacturing accu- racy of integral panel point in complex spatial structure as well as the control of the spatial holes connection precision are successfully solved and achieved good results.
