摘要
以Modbus/TCP协议与S7-PLC通信编程资源为基础,分析了S7-PLC基于Modbus/TCP协议通信的可行性,建立其应用模型。深入解析请求和应答数据帧以及异常应答数据帧,提出了S7-PLC基于Modbus/TCP协议通信程序架构,设计了Modbus/TCP协议的应用层用户程序。介绍了在某水电厂S7-PLC基于Modbus/TCP协议通信的应用,其数年的成功应用验证了S7-PLC基于Modbus/TCP协议通信实现。
Based on the study of Modbus/TCP protocol and the resource of communication and compilation in $7 PLC, the feasi- bility of Modbus/TCP Communication on S7-PLC System is analyzed, the abstract model of application is established. When the analysis for data frame of request and response is analyzed, and the structure of user program on application layer of the Modbus/ TCP protocol is established, the design of communication with Modbus/TCP protocol between on S7-PLC is realized. The appli- cation of Modbus/TCP communication on S7-PLC in hydropower plant is introduced, the several-year successful application veri- fies the feasibility of Modbus/TCP communication on S7-PLC.
