摘要
本文以英国学者Lorraine Pool和Peter Sewell提出的Career-EDGE就业能力模型及相关实证研究为基础,探讨自尊在一般自我效能感对大学生就业能力影响中的中介作用,采用Rosenberg自尊量表(SES)、Schwarzer一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、许小东等编制的大学生就业能力测量问卷,对447名大学本科生进行调查。结果显示:大学生一般自我效能感和自尊对就业能力有显著的正向影响,一般自我效能感及自尊水平较高的大学生,其就业能力较强;自尊在一般自我效能感对就业能力的影响中起部分中介作用。
In this study, the mediator effects of self-esteem on the relationship between general perceived self-efficacy and employability among college students were investigated, which was based on the employa- bility of Career-EDGE model developed by Lorraine Pool and Peter Sewell. Data were collected by using the General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES), the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSE) and the Employability Scale from 447 college undergraduate students. The results showed that the the predictor variable (general perceived self-efficacy) and the mediator variable (self-esteem) were positively related to the outcome variable (employability); Moreover, self-esteem partially mediated the relationship between general per- ceived self-efficacy and employability.
