摘要
为了制备环保且阻燃性能优良的蚕丝织物,以可降解的天然物质壳聚糖(CH)和植酸钠(SP)为组装剂,采用静电层层自组装的方式对蚕丝织物进行阻燃整理。以极限氧指数为考核指标,经过单因素试验优化阻燃整理工艺条件为:组装液中CH和SP的质量分数均为1.0%,组装液pH=5,第1层组装时间15 min,第2层及之后每层组装时间1 min,组装层数20层。在此工艺条件下进行阻燃整理的蚕丝织物的极限氧指数为31.9%,较未经处理的蚕丝织物提高8.8个百分点。经阻燃整理后的蚕丝织物具有良好的耐水洗性能,虽物理性能略有下降,但基本不会影响其服用性能。
In order to prepare environmental friendly silk fabrics with good flame retardant property, the silk fabrics were finished with assembly agents of chitosan (CH) and sodium phytate (SP) using electrostatic layer-by-layer assembly technique. Base on evaluation to limiting oxygen index of the finished silk fabrics and results of single factor experiments, the optimal technological conditions for flame-retardant finishing were found as follows: mass fraction of CH and SP in the assembly solution both at 1.0%, pH value of the assembly solution 5, assembly time of the first layer 15 min, assembly time of the second and the following layers each with 1 min, and total assembly layers 20. The limiting oxygen index of flame retardant silk fabrics assembled under this technological condition was 31.9%, being increased by 8.8 percentage points compared with the untreated silk fabrics. The silk fabrics after assembling had good washable property. The physical properties of finished silk fabrics were decreased slightly, but the wearability of it remained basically unchanged.
