摘要
制备1种乙基纤维素水分散体,用于固体药物制剂包衣,包括口服缓控释制剂。应用动态激光光散射粒度分析仪和原子力显微镜(AFM)成像方法分别对相转变法制备乙基纤维素包衣液粒径的大小、分散度及三维立体图示进行了测定。研究表明:乳化温度,搅拌速度,乳化时间,乳化剂用量以及乙基纤维素分子质量等因素对包衣液粒径大小均有影响。
An aqueous dispersion of ethylcellulose was prepared for the coating of solid dosage forms, including oral sustained release and controlled release preparation. Applied dynamic laser light scattering particle size analyzer and atomic force microscopy (AFM) imaging methods were used to measure the size, dispersion and 3 D stereogram by phase inversion method. The studies had shown that emulsifying temperature, stirring rate, emulsification time, dosage of emulsifiers and molecular weight of ethyl cellulose affected the particle size of both the coating fluid.
