医院的组织系统庞大,高层次人才是其中流砥柱,是发展不可或缺的力量。高层次人才资本是高效用的资本,投资高层次人才无疑是正确的选择。应当正视医院高层次人才严重缺乏,人才结构不合理等现状,制定具备使用价值、符合客观现实的高层次人才培养和稳定策略,确保所制定的高层次人力资源开发策略有助于构建医院的核心竞争力,提升医院的经营绩效和生存能力。
In a large hospital organization system, high-level talent is its mainstay, is an indispensable force. High-level human eapital is efficient use of capital, investment in high-level talent is undoubtedly the right choice. Hospitals should face a serious lack of high-level personnel, personnel structure is irrational status quo, to develop with use value, in line with the objective reality of the high-level personnel training and stable strategy, to ensure that the development of high-level human resources development strategies help build the hospital's core competitiveness, improve the hospital's operating performance and survivability.
