摘要
目的:为注射药物的贮藏管理提供参考。方法:对我院常用注射药物说明书贮藏项下标示的内容进行调查与分析。结果:在343种注射用药物说明书中,贮藏要密封或密闭的占76.97%,贮藏要避光或遮光的占82.22%,贮藏要在干燥处的占8.16%,贮藏要在某一温度段的占60.64%;标示贮藏温度有18分段方式,要在20℃以下贮藏的药品占调查药品的42.57%,贮藏时不得冷冻的占6.12%。结论:注射用药物贮藏温度分段方式过多,这增加药品运输、批发、配送等环节管理难度,导致个别药品不能严格地按药品说明书标示要求贮藏。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the management of storage of injections. METHODS The instructions of contents of storage of the common-used injections in the hospital were collected and analyzed. RESULTS Among the 343 injee tions studied, 76. 97% were instructed to store in sealed cases, 82. 22% were instructed to keep away from light, and 8. 16% needed to be kept in dry. 60. 64% of the injections were required to store under some temperature, but the temperatures needed were marked in 18 different ranges. 42. 57%0 of the injections studied were needed to be kept under 20℃ and 6. 12% must be avoided from freezing. CONCLUSION There are too many temperature segmented modes in the instructions of injection storage, which complicate the transportation and distribution of the drugs and make it difficult to store some specific drugs strictly under the storage instructions.
