摘要
采用脂肪酶分别对猪皮、牛皮、山羊皮和绵羊皮等原皮及其脱灰裸皮进行脱脂,处理条件为pH值9.5,温度35~38℃,脂肪酶用量100U/g皮,时间2h,通过测定脱脂前后皮内的油脂含量计算得到的脱脂率以及组织学观察,比较研究了脂肪酶对不同种类皮的脱脂效果。结果表明,脂肪酶对不同组织结构和不同油脂含量的动物原料皮的脱脂效果有较大差异。猪皮毛孔贯穿于整个真皮层,有利于脂肪酶的渗透和作用,脂肪酶脱脂效果良好,脱脂率可达67%。脱毛浸灰脱灰后的裸皮组织结构松散,脂肪暴露,有利于脂肪酶的脱脂。
Different types of hide and skin, such as pigskin, cattle hide, goat skin and sheep skin were degreased by li- pase DH. The degreasing effect was determined by calculating the grease remained in the hides. The degreasing process were carried out for each type of skin respectively, with lipase DH 100U/g at pH 9.5, 35-38 ~C for 2 hours. The results showed that the lipase displayed different degreasing effect for the hide and skin with different histological structure and grease content. Lipase is more suitable for degreasing delimed hides and skins than for the raw hides since its fiber having been opened up by the lime.
