临空产业集群实施路径研究

Study the Implementation Path of the Airport Economic Industry Cluster

临空产业集群是产业集群分类中的一个新形态,也是当前我国发展最为迅猛的区域产业集群类型。当前我国临空经济存在发展缓慢、模式雷同、规划过度超前等问题。而根据政府与市场在临空产业集群形成过程中的地位和作用,总结出我国临空产业集群存在的市场主导型、政府主导型和政府市场互动型三种典型模式。结合各地临空经济发展基础与现状,对临空产业集群实施路径提出科学决策、合理布局,稳步实施的合理化建议。

The airport economic industrial cluster is a new form of industrial cluster classification, and is also the most rapid development of regional industrial cluster in China. Currently, airport economy exists developing slow, similar patterns, exces- sive advance planning and so on issues. According to the status and function of government and market tbrmed in the indus- trial cluster formation process, the author summed up that China＇s current industrial clusters include market dominant, govern- mental dominant and interaction between market and government three typical patterns. And in the light of current situation of the local airport economic development, the author put forward the rationalization proposals for the implementation path of air- port economic industrial cluster, which include the scientific decision-making, rational layout and steady implementation.
