论科技素质及其结构

Scientific and Technological Qualities and Structures

科技素质是科技活动主体在从事科技活动并在认识和处理各种关系时所形成的稳定的品质 ,这些品质是个体进一步从事科技活动的基本要求和前提条件。研究科技素质 ,应分析其结构 ,以便制定相应的课程计划和评价标准 ,确立科技教育的目标。本文根据个体从事科技活动所必须认识和处理的几种关系 ,把科技素质分为科技知识、科技能力。

Scientific and technological qualities are the stable qualities formed when the subject of scientific and technological activities is engaged in these activities and is tackling various relationships. These qualities are the basic requirement and prerequisite for individuals to further conduct scientific and technological activities. When studying the qualities, we should analyze their structures so as to work out corresponding curricula and judgments and set up the aims of scientific and technological education. Based on the relationships that individuals must realize and deal with in conducting scientific and technological activities, this paper has categorized the scientific and technological qualities into scientific and technological knowledge, skills, spirit and moralities.
