摘要
学生管理作为高校的一项重要工作,无时无刻不受到校园文化的影响和制约。要适应面向未来的人才培养需要,高校应通过强化校园文化建设促进学生管理并形成两者间的良性互动。一是浓厚人才培养氛围,"全员管理学生";二是以学生为本,调整学生管理的传统内涵;三是重视制度文化,助推学生管理实际工作;四是树立宽容精神,学生管理彰显灵活性;五是辅导员为人师表,"变管理为影响、带动"。
Student management,as an important task of college,is affected and restricted by campus culture all the time. In order to adapt to the needs of future-oriented talents cultivation ,college should promote student management by strengthening the construction of campus culture as well as form a positive interaction between them. First is to form a thick atmosphere of talents cultivation and to “ask the whole staff to participate in student management”;second is to adjust the traditional meaning of student management and follow the student-oriented principle;third is to emphasize on system culture so as to promote student management practice;fourth is to be tolerant and flexible in student management;fifth is that counselors should serve as role models and “change instructing students into influencing them”.
