摘要
针对硼硅铁合金在其冶炼过程中,产生含有大量微细粉尘和B2O3的烟气,易造成烟气外溢和酸雨危害的难题,采用覆膜针刺毡滤料的脉冲袋式除尘器和酸雾吸收塔相结合的处理工艺,对铁合金电炉烟气进行净化。检测结果表明:采用该工艺后烟囱出口处粉尘含量小于5 mg/m3;B2O3含量小于1 mg/m3,达到了国家排放标准。该工艺具有运行可靠、滤袋使用寿命长、吸收效果稳定和节能效果显著的优点。
Aiming at the problem that the fine dust and B203 acid mist are discharged from the boron-ferrosilicon electric furnace, a new process that combines bag type dust collector with absorption tower is used for purifying the flue gas. The detection results show that the dust content in the outlet gas is less than 5 mg/m3 and B2O3 acid mist content is less than 1 mg/m3 by the gas purifying system, which is up to the national emission standard. The process has the advantages of good operational reliability, long life of filter bag, stable absorption efficiency and obvious energy saving effect.
