摘要
采用硅酸钾-苯丙乳液复合制备有机/无机外墙涂料。探讨了硅酸钾、苯丙乳液、颜填料、稳定剂的用量对涂膜性能的影响,并按JG/T 26—2002《外墙无机建筑涂料》和GB 24408—2009《建筑用外墙涂料中有害物质限量》对涂膜性能进行测试。结果显示,当硅酸钾用量为20%、苯丙乳液为10%、钛白粉用量为16%、重钙用量为13%、滑石粉用量为6%、稳定剂用量为1.1%时,可制备出耐水性好、不开裂、储存稳定性优异的有机/无机复合外墙涂料。
Organic-inorganic composite exterior wall coating was prepared by potassium silicate and styrene-acrylate emulsion. Influences of the amount of potassium silicate,styrene-acrylate emulsion,pigments and fillers,and stabilizer on the coating film properties were investigated. The coating film properties were tested in accordance with the standards JG/T 26--2002 and GB 24408--2009. The experimental results showed that potassium silicate of 20%,styrene-acrylate emulsion of i0%,titanium dioxide of 16%,caleiuna carbonate of 13%,talcum powder of 6% and stabilizer of 1.1% were chosen as the optimal process condition. Organic-inorganic composite exterior wall coating showed good water resistance, good resistance to cracking performance and excellent storage stability.
