对农业经营制度的一些重大理论问题进行辨识,特别是围绕农业的规模经营、分工经济、家庭经营性质,以及新近的创新试验等进行的讨论表明,单纯地推进土地流转集中来改善农业规模经营,存在重大的政策缺陷;将家庭经营卷入分工活动,农业的规模经营将从土地规模经济转向服务规模经济;在产权分割与农事活动分离的前提下,家庭经营具有广泛的适应性,其实现形式可以多种多样。四川省崇州市所探索的"农业共营制",可能是以家庭经营为基础的农业经营方式创新的重要方向。

The identification of some important theoretical problems on agricultural management system, especially the scale management, division of labor economy, family business nature around agriculture, and the discussion of recent innovation experiment shows that simply promoting land circulation to improve scale management of agriculture exists in important policy defects. By making family business involve in the activities of division, the scale management of agriculture will shift from the scale economy of land to scale economy of service. Under the premise of the separation of property division from farming activities, the family business has a wide adaptability, whose tbrm of realization could be various. The exploration of ＂agricultural joint management system in Chongzhou city of Sichuan Province may be an important direction of the innovation of agricultural management mode based on family business.
