基于磁致伸缩材料的活塞异形销孔加工微进给机构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 活塞异形销孔可以降低或消除活塞销孔应力集中,提高活塞寿命。文中针对活塞异形销孔加工,提出一种基于磁致伸缩材料的镗床径向微进给机构,其中,利用磁致伸缩材料特性和弹簧板弹性产生镗刀的径向微位移是设计的关键。为此,文中通过有限元分析和实际加工试验对机构及弹簧板进行了研究,这些研究表明:本机构设计合理,结构精巧,加工精度高,性能稳定可靠,完全能满足活塞异形销孔的加工要求。 As many researches have shown,the non-cylinder pin holes of the piston can reduce or eliminate the stress concen- tration of the pin holes of the piston and improve the service life of the piston. This paper presents a radial micro-feeding mechanism of a boring machine based on magnetostrictive materials with re- spect to processing non-cylinder pin hole of piston. The key to the mechanism is to make use of the properties of the magnetostrictive material and the elasticity of the spring plate to change the boring tool radial displacement. The mechanism and its spring plate are analyzed by finite element method and tested under the working condition ,which shows that the mechanism with its simple struc- ture ,stable performance and reliable work can meet the require- ments for processing non-cylinder pin hole of piston.
