摘要
在全面调研非用户行为的基础上,以国际关系学院图书馆所服务的用户为调查对象,采用问卷调查和访谈调查的方法,定量研究和定性研究相结合,对非用户的构成情况、原因和类型等进行了分析,并提出了一些服务建议。研究表明,图书馆应当重视非用户群体,基于非用户群体的研究对图书情报机构的服务改进和创新发展的方向具有重要意义。
Based on a full investigation of non-user informal information behavior, with the users, receiving the services from the university of international relations Library as interviewees, this study uses the methods of questionnaire and interview and the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to analyze the composition ,causes, and types of non-users. It also provides kinds of new services with suggestions. This study shows that libraries should pay attention to non-user groups, it is of significance to the improvement of library' s service and innovation of the future.
