现代国家建构中的大学治理——中国大学治理历史演进与实践逻辑的整体性考察

University Governance in Modern State Construction:An Study on the History Evolution and Practice Logic of Chinese Universities Governance

从百年历史来看,中国大学治理已被置于现代国家建构的框架之中。从功能结构来看,现代国家的主导,使大学使命实现了内涵转换与范围扩展,对大学系统进行了身份和等级塑造,在大学内部推动了结构与体制的拟合。从实践进路来看,"强国家-强社会"模型是中国现代国家建构的逻辑走向,国家与大学应不断调适权力边界与活动空间,大学应在功能定位与使命聚焦、身份重建与组织再造、法治规范与精神培育等方面的持续改革中实现治理模式的转变。

From the recent 100-year history, tile university governance of China has been placed within the framework of the construction of the modern state. From the perspective of function and structure, the modern state leads the change of the university connotation and the expansion of its range, establishes identity and level for the university system, and pro- motes the integration of structure and system within universities. From the future practice, ＂strong state-strong society＂ model is the logical development approach of modern China state construction. The state and universities should constantly adjust their power border and activity space, and the university system should realize its changing of governance mode in the continuing reform of function positioning, mission focus, identity reconstruction, re- organization, norms of law ruling and spirit cultivation.
