摘要
文章设计了一种柔性触觉阵列传感器的专用标定平台。利用STM32F103VET6微处理器对测力传感器进行数据采集和处理、控制直线步进电机,实现力的连续准确加载。标定平台量程为0~50 N、精确度为0.05% F .S。平台可通过与上位机连接,实现图形化的数据显示。实测表明:该平台具有较高的测量精度和较强的适应性,可通过不同加压触头实现对柔性触觉阵列传感器不同单元的标定。
A design of dedicated calibration platform for new flexible tactile array sensor is proposed in this pa-per .The platform uses STM32F103VET6 microcontroller for data acquisition and processing from pressure sensors .The microcontroller controls the linear stepping motor for achieving the continuous and accurate loading of the pressure .T he platform achieves a range of 0 N to 50 N and an accuracy of 0 .05% F .S .By connecting with the computer ,the platform can realize the graphical display of the data .The results show that the platform has high precision of measurement and well adaptability ,and can calibrate different units of flexible tactile array sensor with loading contacts of different shapes .
