急诊科护士职业价值观与工作环境的相关性研究

The relationship between professional values and practice environment among emergency nurses

目的调查急诊科护士职业价值观及工作环境的现状,并分析工作环境对急诊科护士职业价值观的影响。方法采用护士职业价值观量表和工作环境量表,对北京市3所三级甲等医院急诊科190名护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士职业价值观处于中上等水平;护理工作环境中的高质量护理服务对职业价值观有显著预测作用(β=0.343,P<0.01)。结论护理工作环境对护士职业价值观有显著影响,护理管理者应在结合本专科工作特点,进行科学的资源配备与管理的同时,营造良好的工作环境与氛围,引导、促进护士树立正确的职业价值观。

Objective To investigate the level of emergency nurses＇ professional values and practice environ- ment,and to analyze the influence of practice environment on professional values. Methods Totally 190 emergency nurses from three tertiary first class hospitals were investigated with Nurses Professional Values Scale-Revised （NPVS-R） and The Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index（PES-NWI）. Results The professional value of emergency nurses was at moderate to high level. The factor of foundations for quality of care in practice environment had significant influence on nurses＇ professional values（β=0.343 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The practice environment has significant influence on emergency nurses＇ professional values. Nursing administrators should im- prove nurse staffing and create favorite practice environment for emergency nurses and help nurses to set up cor- rect professional values.
