摘要
研究微网与公共电网交互功率波动控制对微网运行成本的影响。考虑微网潮流约束,提出了不同功率波动约束下多时段微网经济调度方案。为最小化微网运行成本,引入不平衡电价,制定最优合同容量,优化微网储能和负荷侧管理策略,并研究线路传输容量限制、弃风弃光对微网交互功率控制方案和运行成本的影响。分别使用经修改的IEEE 24节点系统和FREEDM系统模型,验证所提方案的正确性和可行性。仿真结果表明,基于需求侧响应的微网能量管理策略,提高微网运行效益的同时,增加了联络线功率控制的灵活性,减小了分布式发电功率波动对上级电网产生的影响。也可为微网平稳接入公共电网运行和大规模推广提供参考。
The control of interactive power fluctuation between micro-grid and the public supply network was studied to analyze its impact on the operational cost of micro-grid. Taking into account the power flow restrictions, we proposed a multi-period scheduling strategy to realize the economic operation of micro-grid under various constraints on power fluctuations. To minimize operational cost of micro-grid, the imbalance price mechanism was introduced into the optimization of energy storage and load side management with the optimal contract size. We also studied the effect of transmission capacity, curtailment of wind and solar power on the control strategy and operational cost of micro-grid. The modified IEEE RTS-24 and FREEDM system model were taken as an example to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method. The simulation result validated that the energy management strategy of micro-grid based on demand side response increased system operational benefit and developed the flexibility of regulation on tie-line transmission power, which discounted the influence of power fluctuation of distributed generation on upstream systems. This paper can also offer reference for micro-grid’s smooth integration into public supply network and its extensive applications.
