地方高校是我国高等教育中的重要力量。为了更好地支持区域社会经济发展,地方高校必须树立服务经济的办学理念,强化校企结合。通过建立地方高校与企业集群的联合创新耦合关系,以高校文化与企业文化、办学特色与企业特色、双方异质性知识、高校科研团队与企业业务团队、校企双方科研平台、科研设施与生产实验设施等方面的相互耦合,提升地方高校为区域经济、社会和科技创新服务的能力。
