强化中职会计专业职业指导的探讨

Discussion on the Strengthening of Occupation Guidance of Secondary Vocational Accounting Majors

文章针对中职会计专业学生实习与就业面临的对口率低、工资低、工作单位分散等问题,结合中职学校职业指导过程缺少专业教师参与的现状,探讨了强化中职会计专业职业指导的途径。中职学校可以通过推行导师制、开展个性化指导、实施全过程指导,切实做好会计专业学生的职业指导工作。

Concerning the problems of accounting students in low suitable occupation rate, low wages and work unit dispersion during their internship and employment, this article discusses methods to strengthen occupation guidance for accounting majors against their lack of specialized teacher＆#39;s participation in the counseling process. To do a good job in occupation guidance of accounting students, entire process of guiding, including tutorial system and individualized instruction, should be implemented in secondary vocational schools.
