摘要 介绍了用动态规划法优化设计中厚板轧制规程,优化后的轧制规程减少了轧制道次,缩短了轧制周期,并使粗轧机与精轧机的轧制节奏能较好的匹配,提高了小时产量,降低了轧制能耗. The optimization design for middle - thickness plate rolling regulation by using dynamic planning law is intro- duced. The rolling rule after optimizing has reduced the terms of rolling, shortened the rolling cycle, and made rolling rhythm between the rough rolling mill and the precise rolling mill match better, which improves output per hour, and has reduced roiling energy consumption.
