摘要
探讨医院岗位绩效管理新模式。该文分析了新医改及医院发展形势下如何建立并完善医院岗位绩效管理问题,提出了绩效管理的新模式,认为创新绩效管理可以提高公立医院整体管理水平,保证医院持续健康发展。
In order to discuss the new mode of post performance management in hospital, this paper analyzes how to construct and perfect hospital post performance management under the conditions of new medical reform and hos-pital development trend, and proposes that new mode of post performance management can improve overall manage-ment level of state-owned hospitals and guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of hospitals.
