摘要
本文从全球一体化角度考察跨国公司的R&D体系，总结了海外R&D机构的规模和业务特性和扩张方式，最后讨论了跨国公司全球R&D体系的形成过程。
This paper exaimes the the global system of multinational enterprises. The main points include: 1）the role of global R&D system of multinational enterprises in its global intergrated system; 2） the function and size features of its overseas R&D facilities; 3） the expanding models of its overseas R&D facilities; 4） evolution of its global R&D system.
