摘要
抗震试验是探索结构抗震性能的一种重要研究手段,本文对结合有限元的抗震混合试验方法进行了初步研究。基于开源试验平台OpenFresco和MTS电液伺服加载系统,利用CSIC和MATLAB将两者进行无缝连接,建立了MTS-OpenFresco-MATLAB混合试验系统,并对系统构建过程中几个关键问题如数据通道建立、试验单元自由度缩减、试验单元边界条件模拟等方面进行了详细的阐述;为了检验系统性能,进行了一榀两层单跨平面钢框架的验证混合试验,取左侧底层单柱为试验单元,左侧单柱及梁为计算单元,并同有限元模拟结果进行对比分析;结果证实本文所建立的试验系统通畅、稳定和有效,能够较为准确地反映结构中受力复杂部位的力学特性。
Seismic test is an important method to explore the structure seismic performance. This paper carries out a preliminary research of seismic hybrid simulation combined with finite element analysis. We conduct a seamless con- nection between OpenFresco open source experimental platform and MTS electro-hydraulic servo loading system based on CSIC and MATLAB, and then establish a MTS-OpenFresco-MATLAB hybrid simulation system initially. Several key problems during system construction, such as the establishment of data channel, the reduction of degree of freedom and boundary condition imitation of experimental element, and others are presented in detail. A verifica- tion test with a two-storey and single span planar steel frame is conducted in order to test the system performance. The single column on the left is taken as the experimental element and the single column on the left and the beam are taken as the calculative element. The results are compared with finite element results. The results show that the system is smooth circulation, stable and effective, and can be accurately reflect the mechanical properties of complex parts in structures.
