摘要
设计并研发一种通过肌电生物反馈法重建人体神经网络系统的医疗仪器,为神经肌肉系统类疾病患者的全面康复提供一种新的治疗平台。治疗仪由硬件电路和PC机控制软件两部分构成,下位机(MCU)包括体表肌电采集放大电路、神经肌肉电刺激电路两大部分;上位机(PC)的软件系统主要负责视觉信号反馈,治疗参数控制、病历登记、信息查询等功能。治疗仪达到了国家的医用康复治疗的各项指标,能够帮助患者逐步康复,且具有安全、无创、便捷、人机交互能力强等特点。
The paper design a medical equipment reconstructing the human neural network system based on the EMG biofeedback,and provide a new therapeutic platform for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the disease of the neuromuscular system class,the rehabilitation equipment is composed of the hardware circuit and the PC control software,the lower machine (MCU) including body surface EMG acquisition amplifier circuit,neuromuscular electrical stimulation circuit; software system of the host computer (PC) is responsible for the visual signal feedback,treatment parameter control,medical records registration,and information query functions.The rehabilitation equipment can meet the indicators of the national medical rehabilitation,and can help patients gradually recovered,and has a safe,noninvasive,convenient,human-computer interaction ability features.
