改性纳米贝壳粉对天然橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用钛酸酯对纳米贝壳粉(SP)进行了表面改性,并制备了改性纳米贝壳粉;通过与天然胶乳共混,制备了天然橡胶/贝壳粉(NR/SP)纳米复合材料;使用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、表面接触角测定仪、XRD衍射分析仪、激光粒度仪和电子拉力试验机等研究了改性纳米贝壳粉对天然橡胶纳米复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,改性剂钛酸酯成功地偶联到贝壳粉表面,经过表面化学改性后贝壳粉表面接触角由73.5°增大到110.8°;当纳米贝壳粉用量为10%时,NR/SP复合材料可获得最佳力学性能,拉伸强度可达到34.05MPa。 Nano shell powders(SP) were surface-modified by using titanate modifier,and prepared modified nano-shell powder;Natural rubber/shell powders(NR/SP) composites were prepared by mixing modified nano-shell powder with natural rubber. Influences of modified nano-shell powders on mechanical properties of NR/SP composites were studied by usigng fourier infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope, surface contact angle meter, XRD diffraction analysis meter and other modern instruments and analysis method. The results showed that the titanate modifier was successfully coupled to the shell powder surface. After surface chemical modification, the interfacial compatibility of the shell powder and natural rubber was improved, along with the contact angle of shell powder surface increased from 73.5 °to 110.8 °. The optimum mechanical performance was obtained when the dosage of nano-shell powder was 10.0% ,and tensile strength was 34.05 MPa.
