摘要
文章探讨了企业隐性知识转移和创新驱动发展战略的关系,分析了企业创新过程中隐性知识转移的关键影响因素。从自主创新和协同创新两方面出发,构建了企业创新中隐性知识转移的模式,并对隐性知识转移提出了优化策略。
This paper explores the relationships between enterprise tacit knowledge transfer and innovation-driven development strategy, and analyzes the key influencing factors of tacit knowledge transfer in the process of enterprise innovation. The paper builds the model of tacit knowledge transfer in enterprise innovation from the 2 aspects of independent innovation and cooperative in- novation, and puts forward the optimization strategies for tacit knowledge transfer.
