CAI Xiaosun's Experiences in Improving the Success Rate of In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer with Chinese Medicine

摘要结合不孕症患者所处不同生理时期的体质特点和体外受精—胚胎移植术(IVF-ET)各环节中所应用药物对患者体质的影响,在辨证论治基础上,用辨证与辨病相结合的方法,蔡小荪总结出种植前育肾调周、围种植期健肾柔肝、种植后固肾安胎的治疗原则。采用中药干预提高了IVF-ET的成功率。 CAI Xiaosun＇s experience in improving the success rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF- ET） with Chinese medicine was introduced in this article. Prof. CAI summarized the kidney-supplementing menstruation-regulating therapy before IVF-ET, kidney-supplementing liver-emolliating therapy during IVF-ET, and kidney-securing miscarriage-preventing therapy after IVF-ET according to the physical characteristics of the infertile women.
