辨证分型联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Syndromes Joint Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Omeprazole Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察辨证分型联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组32例奥美拉唑注射液,40mg/次,静滴,1次/d。治疗组40例辨证分型。①血瘀胃络,茯苓、丹参各15g,党参20g,白术12g,甘草、黄连、白芍、郁金、炒蒲黄、元胡各10g。②脾胃湿热,茯苓、苍术、鸡内金各15g,藿香、厚朴、半夏各12g,连翘、机壳、干姜、陈皮、菖蒲、佩兰各10g。③脾胃虚寒,黄芪20g,白术、茯苓、党参各15g,海螵蛸、山药各12g,陈皮、香附、良姜、扁豆、炙甘草、吴茱萸各10g。④肝火犯胃,茯苓、柴胡、党参各15g,黄芩、佛手、木香、半夏各12g,生麦芽、栀子各10g,甘草、吴茱萸、黄连各8g。⑤肝郁犯胃,茯苓、白术、白芍、柴胡各15g,川楝子、当归、醋元胡各12g,机壳、佛手、乌药各10g,甘草、黄连各8g。均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈23例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组治愈13例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率71.88%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。

Treatment group of 40 patients Syndromes .①stasis stomach meridians, Fuling, Danshen each 15g, Dangshen 20g, Bai Zhu 12g, Gancao, Huanglian, Baishao, Yujin, fried Puhuang , Yuan Hu each 10g; ②spleen , Fuling, Cangshu, Jineijin each 15g , Huoxiang, Houpu, Banxia each 12g, Lianqiao, Jike, Ganjiang, Chenpi, Changpu, Peilan each 10g; ③Spleen and stomach, Huangqi 20g, Baishu, Fuling, Dangshen each 15g, Haipiaoxiao, Shanyao each 12g, Chenpi, Xiangfu, Liangjiang, Biandou, Zhigancao, Wuzhuyu each 10g;④ anger Fan Wei , Fuling, Chaihu, Dangshen each 15g, Huangqin, Foshou, Muxiang, Banxia each 12g, Sheng Maiya, Zhizi lOg , Gancao, Wuzhuyu, Huanglian each 8g; ⑤ Fan Wei liver depression , Fuling, Baishu, Baishao, Chaihu each 15g, Chuanjianzi, Danggui, vinegar yuan Hu 12g, Jike, Foshou, Wuyao each 10g, Gancao, Huanglian 8g; are a / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 14d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy. [ Results] treatment group were cured 23 cases, effective in 14 cases , 3 cases , the total efficiency of 92.50%. In the control group were cured 13 cases, 10 cases , 9 cases , the total efficiency of 71.88% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Syndrome type joint injection in the treatment of chronic gastritis omeprazole effect is significant and should be introduced.
