摘要 建立同时测定西洋参茎、叶中7种人参皂苷含量的快速检测方法。采用超高效液相色谱法,ACQUITY UPLC BEHC18色谱柱(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:0.5mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量2μL,检测波长203nm。人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd均达到基线分离,线性良好,平均回收率分别为97.32%、99.34%、97.42%、100.21%、98.98%、99.15%、98.43%。该方法准确、重现性好,可用于西洋参茎、叶中人参皂苷含量测定。 To develop the method for the content determination of seven ginsenoside in Panax quinquefolium. This assay was performed on AC- QUITY BEH C18 (2.1 mm x 50mm, 1.7μm) column with acetonitrile- water as mobile phase in gradient elufion at a flow rate of 0.5mL/min. The column temperature was 35℃ .The injection volume was 2pL. And the detection wavelength was 203nm. Seven compotmds were baseline separated,with good linearity,The yield ratew as 97.32% ,99.34% ,97.42%, 100.21% ,98.98% ,99.15% ,98.43%. This method is accu- rate and good reproducibility suitable for the measurement of ginsenosides in the roots of Panax quinguefolium L..
