摘要
在知识经济的大环境中,传统组织要素已经日益商业化和标准化。知识管理作为一种正式的商业手段被提出来,成为企业创新的动力来源。本文对知识的成长模式、知识管理的功能和流程进行了探讨,从显性知识和隐性知识角度,对知识管理的显性策略和隐性策略进行了研究,并预测了知识管理的发展趋势。
In the environments of knowledge economy, traditional organization elements have become more and more commercialized and standardized. As the power of innovations of modern enterprises, knowledge management is treated as a formal commercial tool. The thesis firstly discusses the function and process of knowledge management, and then studies the related strategies from the viewpoint of explicit and tacit knowledge. The trends of the knowledge management are also reasonably forecasted.
