摘要
问题为基础教学(Problem-based learning,PBL)是训练医学生临床思维,培养医学生处理实际临床问题能力的一种重要的教学方式。目前PBL教学模式已经在国内广泛开展,但各大医学院实施的方法各有不同。为提高PBL教学质量,应该建立一个以"自主解决问题"为核心的规范化教学流程,提高学生解决问题的能力,为中国未来的医疗事业储备合格的人才。
Problem-based learning (PBL) is an important teaching method that can help foster clinical thinking and problem-solving ability of medical students. At present, PBL teaching mode has been widely carried out in China, but implementation approach is different between medical schools. To improve the quality of PBL teaching, we should set up a standardization teaching procedure with "problem solving" as its core value, improve the students' ability to solve problem, reserve qualified talents for the future of China's health care.
