尼可地尔治疗顽固性心绞痛的临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨尼可地尔对顽固性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择顽固性心绞痛患者38例,随机分为尼可地尔组和对照组,每组19例。尼可地尔组治疗方案为在常规治疗的基础上加用尼可地尔,对照组加安慰剂。观察2组治疗后心绞痛发生情况,心电图的变化及不良反应。结果尼可地尔组治疗显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);尼可地尔组治疗后心绞痛发作次数及持续时间减少明显,与尼可地尔组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尼可地尔组治疗后心电图ST-T改变的总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼可地尔作为扩张冠脉药物,用于治疗顽固性心绞痛,能达到很好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。
