摘要
本文介绍了在相干光照明时,莫尔偏转法测量相位物体时,第2块光栅不能准确地放置在第一块光栅的Talbot象面处而引起的衍射效应对条纹对比度的影响。
This paper presents the influence of diffraction effect on frings contrast in measuring phase objects by moire deflectometry, caused when the second grating does not correctly in the Talbot image plane of the first grating.
